• Day-to-day management of undergraduate student support team.
• Member of Learning & Teaching Committee
• Support academic decision making by providing management information and advice on regulations.
• Actively review and develop procedures to support the student experience.
• Liaise with key professional services colleagues, ensuring that deadlines are met and the student experience is supported.
