Dr Gunturi's research interests lie at the intersection of GeoSpatial Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Data engineering. He has been working on various interdisciplinary problems in these areas since 2015. His research work has been supported by DST (Govt of India) and Microsoft India. Results from his research have appeared in renowned journals (e.g., GeoInformatica, Machine Learning Journal and IEEE TKDE) and selective conferences (WISE, ACM SIGSPATIAL, MDM and SSTD).
